MEET HANADI JABADO
DIRECTOR, ACCELERATE CAMBRIDGE, JUDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE
She was born in the Lebanon and grew up in France where she graduated in law from Université Paris II (Assas) and in international affairs from ILERI (Ecole des Relations Internationales). Hanadi has founded businesses in several industries, including education, online retail and property. Having learnt about the challenges that start-ups face, she co-founded Glymon, a consultancy serving new ventures. Its ethos is growth through partnership. Hanadi also carries out board reviews for Armstrong Bonham Carter, a City-based consultancy whose mission is to assist the boards of listed and private companies as well as government and voluntary organisations in the UK and overseas, helping them to maximise their effectiveness.

An ambitious entrepreneur and a visionary, he saw opportunity for a ‘Google of Emotions’ before 'Big Data' was even coined. Mihkel co-founded Realeyes in 2006 which is now the technology leader in webcam-based emotions measurement. Mihkel has already secured multi-million partnerships with several of the world's finest international publishers, agencies and brands.

MEET SEEMA SHARMA
HONORARY LECTURER IN HEALTHCARE ENTREPRENEURSHIP & MANAGEMENT,
DENTAL INSTITUTE,
KINGS COLLEGE LONDON
Born in Zambia and qualifying initially as a dentist in London, she made her millions in property and entrepreneurial start-ups in dentistry and healthcare education in the UK. Seema now juggles a group of dental practices, a dental business management consultancy and her lecturer's post. She is currently studying an Executive MBA at Imperial, and encourages her 2 teenage daughters to reach for the stars.
After starring in one of Channel 4's Secret Millionaire programmes, she established her own charity, The Sharma Foundation, which operates in the UK and in India. Together with the British Asian Trust, one of the Prince's charities, she is rolling out innovative web-based teaching resources based on her "Mumbai Experiences", to spark social entrepreneurship throughout schools in the UK.

MEET ALEX MITCHELL
CHAIRMAN & CO-FOUNDER, YOUNG BRITS
He is the current UK President of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them), as well as being the current Vice President of the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (the major association of young entrepreneurs throughout Europe) and the Founder and Director of Causarma (an social enterprise agency focused on driving value creation through effective development and engagement of partnerships and networks).
In addition to these roles Alex is an Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship Week, a member of the steering committee for the Commonwealth Secretariats Youth Programme and he sits on the Chairman’s Committee for Young Enterprise (the UKs largest business and enterprise education charity).
